全國政協副主席梁振英今早在社交網站發文,提及《信報》本月三日刋登一篇職工盟主席兼空勤人員總工會吳敏兒的專訪,對方指控他的女兒在前年獲航空公司送交遺失手提行李是「行使特權」和「危害航空安全」。
梁振英透露自己即日去函《信報》,重申兩個當年已經確立的事實,一)行李在交還前已經通過安全檢査、二)當年機場管理局發出的公開聲明,指出當年的一年內,共有超過五百宗為旅客的「酌情送遞」個案。
《信報》今天把梁振英信函的主要內容刊登,但就加了這一段:「翻査資料,《明報》當年曾引用消息人士指出,該517宗個案均屬機管局失物認領處物件,與『行李門』性質不同,亦無類似統計。」
梁振英首先感謝對方刊登其信函內容,但就引述機管局2016年4月25日的調查報告內容,指報告其實已清楚說明該517宗是「送遞」: “AAHK has established procedures that cover the handling of lost and found property....These procedures also include taking the found property into the ARA(airside) if the passenger is airside. For the period March 2015 to March 2016 some 517 courtesy deliveries of items were recorded, items including travel documents, bags, wallets, clothing and electronic items were taken from the landside and after the required security screening, into the ARA(airside) and returned to their owners.”
